MY STORY
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Atlanta, GA.
Life introduces a number of challenges and stressors that can be short-lived or persistent. Treatment involves exploring how you understand and engage with what you may be experiencing. Using a collaborative approach informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, my aim is to help clients manage distress with curiosity and acceptance, engage with what truly matters, and develop a more authentic relationship with the world around them.
I specialize in treatment for individuals living with schizophrenia-spectrum disorders and psychotic-like experiences, bipolar disorders, anxiety, and changes in mood and behavior. I am particularly interested in helping teens and young adults with these experiences for the first time.
I have a genuine interest in the unique experience of individuals and work to understand how hardships and joys are experienced by those I am fortunate to help. A proponent of the recovery model, I strive for the cultivation of healing, hope, and empowerment.
